Out of the 100 books I have read 40 which isn't alot really, and there are 11 that I aim to read. My 3 older girls have probably read all the ones that I have read as I have all of them and they are book addicts too!

Meet Me In St Louis has always been my favourite movie, my kids get really annoyed if I start singing the songs but I'm sure they love it really! I would love that house too and aim to make one, in miniature 1/12th scale, soon.

What a brilliant subject for a post! A very odd range of books though - some I have never heard of- and it seems may of my favourite authors aren't there. BUT I can see that I have read many of the same titles as you and I LOVE the faraway tree series to.

I have a feeling that this is a (just from looking on the internet) list of the top 100 books that are listed as unread on LibraryThing. I have read a lot of the classics, but mostly the Bronte sisters and George Elliot, not so much Dickens and Austen. I think I might have to now! :-)
